Sea rowing is an exhilarating full body workout but also a magical way to sit with your own thoughts while benefitting from the joy of working with a team. You don’t need a specific level of fitness but you do need the will and the want to enjoy yourself and to develop rowing technique, seamanship and navigation skills. Membership is open to anyone who shares the aims of the club and all members are encouraged to contribute to the on-going work involved in maintaining and enjoying a collectively-owned coastal rowing boat LCRC membership is open to all aged over 18.
